Chemung County Landfill is a publicly owned landfill in Elmira, Chemung County, New York. It is operated by Casella Waste Systems, Inc.. The site opened in 1973 and is expected to keep accepting waste until about 2033. It took in about 483,395 tons of waste in 2022, making it the No. 8 of 25 reporting landfills in New York by volume.
